General Air bag undocumented code

Good morning we have a 2014 Fiorino in the workshop, the air bag light is on with only one code 8100H/33024 Undocumented code. The code can not be cleared and no other codes on any other systems. I have tried the seat connector under the drivers seat but all ok
Have any of you had this code before? The problem is getting info and as the lockdown continues the owner can't take to a dealer. i have tried looking on the peugeot/citroen sites but haven't found anything.
Any info would be appreciated thanks

Can you give us the full codes? (That looks a strange format..)

And the system spec..

It will mean a lot more to those with the experience

Hi thanks for the reply,
the ECU type is a autoliv ID EA074C8C9E, the code reader is a snap on solus edge on latest software and code and description as per last post.
As it is an autoliv ECU i tried connecting under citroen nemo and did get a code only on air bag system which was B0100 ECU internal fault which may or may not be correct.

Ok.. sounds like the snap.on isnt communicating fully. ( not unusual)

Good morning, just a follow up on the fault, it was looked at by an specialist and he said that it was an ecu fault and changed it with a second hand one he had in stock, air bag light now working fine
