Tuning After market Turbo

Hi all

I have a 02 Scudo with a standard 1.9 non turbo engine. A customer of mine has a couple (he runs a scrapper) with turbos in that are going spare. Is it possible to litterally bolt the turbo on or is it a lot more involved than that?

Oil supply to the turbo for one. Exhaust for another but....

The biggest difficulty would be re-coding the ECU to fix the fuel curve requirements.

Looks like I'm going to be stuck in 2nd doing 25mph at the slightest incline for the foreseeable future!!!!!!

is the non-turbo version really that bad? i have the 2ltr turbo scudo but have never driven a non-turbo one before.

Not that bad no, slight exageration!

I can get 35mph out of mine on a steep incline, 40 if its empty and screwing it, not much better, but a bit!

But thats your lot with a non-turbo version Im afraid, its a donkey, but a reliable one at that.
