Technical Aframe points

Hi anyone help bought a 2011 500
The drivers side tow point is behind a little cover.
Would I have to drill through the bumper to access passenger side

Yes I think they are on number plate level

Get advice from the A frame manufacturer , if you are allowed to install a frame yourself and what other regulations apply.

Do not just guess with this sort of project lives depend on it.
