Just got a Marea HLX 2.0 20v on Tuesday, boring grey at the moment. Tints sound good for starters. Most of my early spend will be under the bonnet [}

Anyone got any good ideas for body kits or interior mods... think I'll stay clear of broom yellow though...[

mmm, yes, or gunmetal?. Looks like a trip to the local scrappy for some spare bits to play with.

Does the interior paint really work, or just peel off after a while? I've got to share my driving pleasure with a 4 yr old occasionally.

i share my car with 4 boys 13,12,10 and 5 and it withstands their beating.
although i found the door pockets and handles get chipped when they get caught by the steatbelt buckles. so just have to be careful.

Thanks all, i'll give it a go. It seems a low cost way to start the styling while I get the monster under the bonnet working just right. Getting the timing belt done next Wed. Ouch!.

I'll be playing with my works digicam and photoplus for a few days to get THAT look. I might post a few idea's later for comment. (Thanks for the idea Digimods)

used a small screw driver to ease mine out.
