Hi guys
First time on the forum so treat me gentle!
Just bought a new Siecento for my elderly mum - is it me or is the accelerator pedal at a funny angle? It also seems to be off-set and its really difficult to position my foot properly on it - it seems too high.
Any idea if this can be altered? Tried moving the drivers seat back and forward but still no luck
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

As far as i'm aware all 'centos are like this.... admittedly at first you're ankle will ache for a few days but after getting used to the car it's actually quite a convenient angle for swapping your foot between pedals. And the pain will go away :D

You can fit pedal extensions, I had to do this on a Citroen BX I had a while ago. It's important to get ones which will still let you have a decent gap between the pedals, you may need to trim them down to suit - or just fit one to the accelerator to extend it downover.

Welcome to the forum too[8D]

hi

go to your fiat dealer and ask for the sports pedals for a sei

there exactly the same size in width, but the acceleratore is longer, and you can position them where you want on the orginal.

They damn expensive, but I brought some for the luck, as sparco extensions are far to big, and would fail MOT due to gap between them.

Bout 45quid I think I paid. LOL my head is crap at the mo, only brought a month ago
