:confused: had problem for nearly a year now when cold car hesitant on acceleration and cuts out when stopping fiat dealer checked all electrics ecu etc no fault found also every now and again car will not start sprayed ecu with wd40 car will start :bang: any feedback asap would be appreciated. (y)
 
I wonder if it could be a sticky idle control valve :confused:
Is it a 20V model? The idle control valve can be found bolted to the top of the throttle assembly, and can be cleaned out with carburettor cleaner and/or WD40.

thanks for your advice much obliged.will check that and see if any better.my car is not now starting and found it is the crankshaft sensor causing this.i wonder if the problems are related at all?awaiting sensor from agents as there never is any elec parts in stock for the coops!i will post my results asap thanks again bud:)
 
sensor fitted still same problems:cry: ecu making a noise now and again when ignition turned on:confused: car not starting but was told by AA mechanic it was crank sensor(n) obviously not.any info plz(y)
