Hi

There should be several linked systems..

What colour is this light?

It could be a damaged wire.. or rotor

Right through to a full unit

Possibly connected to your other electrical issues..?

Ideally you want it looked at..

Reading the ABS and lighting error codes

The abs light is Orange and I get a message on the dash board - I’ve had not comments at MOTs directly about ABS just the light itself

You need to get the abs ECU read and the codes stored will tell you why the light is in, as Charlie said above could be a simple sensor or broken wire, could be the whole abs block.

Literally can’t say anymore than that, the outcome of the test will tell you the likely cost.

Did you have any mechanical work done..?

Wheel bearings are a favourite..

Anytime the wheels have been off there is an enhanced risk of damage
