Had to change my battery on my fiat 250 based MoHo after it being flat coming out of storage.
However on starting got ABS and handbrake lights on with speedo not working.
It needed an MOT so put it into Fiat specialist hoping it just needed a full ECU reset.
Unfortunately they have come back stating it needs both a Engine ECU and an ABS ecu as signals/voltages are bad.
The cost a staggering £4,350???
this is on a 2014 MoHO that has only done 13,000 miles!!
question - can the abs ecu electronics be removed without disturbing brake pipes?
I was hoping to get both ECU to ecutesting for repair and then reinstall them without doing a electronic alignment???
Is this a doable plan??
