General ABS light/won't start/locking not working

So I have a 2018 Fiat Doblo Adventure - just took it out for a 10 minute trip earlier, parked it up and then central locking wouldn't work so I couldn't lock the car. Tried to start it up, the ABS light is on and there's a clicking noise (before I even turn it further to start it - if you listen very carefully in the video clip, you can hear it).

Any suggestions on where to start? Could it be as simple as the battery?
