Hi
A few questions please as my dealre is being useless!
I'm new to Fiat, having had Mini's for the last 6 years. When I ordered with them they kept me up to date weekly with what was happening. I placed my Abarth order over 6 weeks ago and still don't have a delivery date, - is this normal for Fiat?!! Also they still haven't taken a deposit.
I've asked the dealer about driving abroad on a PCP and he was going to get back to me (this was also 6 weeks ago) so does anyone please know if it is allowed (I can't with my mini so wanted to check!)
I also asked him for a price for fitting rear parking sensors, and guess what, still not heard :bang:
I've left messages for them to ring me back and they don't. I need to give Mini notice of handing the car back by the end of this week and don't want to do this if I still don't have a delivery date. If this is Fiat customer service I fear I won't be using them again.....
