if you get an SS turbo you need a completely new manifold aswell. Its not specific to the abarth it will be used on other cars you just need to find out what other cars they are.


The ss turbo may be available direct from Garret ! We enquired about the situation and they said the it will be available to have as a replacement part .

Then of course you will have the problem of the manifold witch you could get a 4 branch or something made up as it might not be available on its own let hope someone takes advantage of this and makes an after market version .

They do make a difference of about 5 BHP ! And tend to fry EPROMs also not cleaverist thing to do when your giving the ECU faulse reading's can cause major problems ! Do you realy thing a £5 - £50 bit of wire will make a difference ? we have around million pounds woth of gear ! But the choice is your's either send faulse signals to the ECU or have a custom developed MAP with warranty and TUV certficate ?

I know what i would do !

do you have the RR printout to prove the gains you have made with the GP tjet 120 turbo then please mate?

theres alot of speculation about how far you can push the standard turbo, i think everyone would appreciate some proof before dolling out there well earned cash.
 
ye im asking GLC. i know matt (altho i hate to admit it lol)

its allw ell and good coming on forums bragging about power figures, but with no proof? well u know, thats not good at all.

[FONT=&quot]Hi for at start it's GCL, We are not bragging about the figures simply showing others what we have archived after a huge amount of work! Our punto was producing 128 BHP as a standard output so to start with it was more than fiat had claimed. We have done several T-jets now and standard output’s vary dramatically form 112 BHP - 129 BHP. I’m not here to shout a say we are the best ECT ECT or here to put other Tuner's down! Just to make people aware that we can and will produce more of the same work.

We will be a fiat forum sponsor in the not so distant future we will then be able to offer members our facilities and outstanding service.

There are few cases when the manufacture has it spot on For instance we had a audi RS6 it had 11 miles on the clock and was running 30 BHP UNDER the claimed output . The customer then complained to trading standards and got no where so the claimed output in all fairness is not woth the paper its printed on .
