General Abandoning 500 project

As per the title, I have a 2nd 500 project where the shell is about 80% finished.
I've been toying with the idea of abandoning a project after spending 5 years on the 500 I finished last year.

I want to sell the parts off separately - I've 98% of all the bits for a complete car.

Question is - Is it permitted to off the bits to forum members before advertising on the Bay?
