Our place in Umbria is not that far from Rieti - never taken to the city itself that much but the country round about is spectacular. There are so many real 500s in our area - ranging from those that have just been used over the years and have never been done up to beautiful restorations - that they don't attract particular attention. We did chat to a lady - local but originally from Sardegna - driving a rather nice 500 with Abarth mods yesterday. When I said how much I liked the car she said she couldn't stand it, it's her husband's.
Just returned from a 5 day break which involved 3 days hands on cooking. Great time except for chipping ankle bone on way home so now in plaster. But not a real issue except for not being able to drive the 1 day old new Abarth :bang:
