I'd like to start by saying thanks to Deckchair5. His guide "Checking your injectors electrical circuits" helped me out of a jam.
The pins of my connector weren't contacting correctly, so I cleaned and pushed them closer together with a pair of pliers. Perfect! However after a while I end up with the same problems. Sometimes it's tough to start the car and jerky in first gear. So press the pins together again and it seems to improve, then the whole process starts again. The pins are starting to look a bit worn now.
Does anybody know how and where I can get the connector changed? I found someone that quoted £60 to supply me with a used one. Don't think I'll be doing that. Is a Fiat dealer the only option and does it have to be exactly the same connector?
Owning a Stilo has certainly been a learning experience.
Cheers,
Dan
