Technical 92 panda engine swap

I was wondering if the 1.2 punto engine fits into a 92 panda if so upto what year punto?

Yes. it will from mk1 puntos, Cinq, etc.

if your panda uses an ecu and has an electronic fuel pump it will be an easy swap

Any 1.2 Fire from any punto, nu-Panda etc, just gets more complicated on electronics the newer you get. Easiest is the single point from a mk1 Punto which is pretty much plug & play.
