General 866 cam to fit or not to fit

sorry man.

theres a full sei manual download on here now posted by ycming

it you look at where the exhaust ports come out and the inlets go in you can see the layout

has someone on here got a photo or can confirm what i think please

before you do anything i think the order is wrong.

please correct me as i may get it wrong way round.

isnt it

ex,in,ex,in,in,ex,in,ex think its this one,( it doesnt go in,ex,in,ex,in,ex,in,ex)

1 is ok ( if we use .40-.50mm)
2 is ok
3 is too smaller gap
4 "" "" ""
5 "" "" ""
6 "" "" ""
7 "" "" ""
8 is too smaller gap

hope i got that right, valves wont close when warm

sei specs .45 to .55mm for exhaust. wouldnt it be the same for all fire engines?

He is using the came from ap unto 75, so the gap is different.

The figure i posted is for the p75 cam (866). If you done them to the figure i posted, you be fine!

i dont think so if i got you right.

in post #16 you say so it should be .45-.40-.45-.40-.45-.40.-45-.40

that to me means you are saying its ex in ex in ex in ex in

if we use .45 for exhaust and .40 for inlet

look at the picture in post 26 and the two centre valves are the same.

its up to you mate i know what im trying to say maybe not saying it right.

im off on my hols for two weeks tonight so good luck

Got the head infront of me. From Cam pulley side it should be.

Ex,in, ex in, in ex, in ex.

What tony saying you correct, you might have got it wrong the in middle 2 valves.

are you sure it inlet first cos if you look at this pic it looks to me like the first one lines up with exhaust
