Had a day out with the Twin air yesterday. Driving like a "Nun on Prozac" from Lincoln to Cleethorps achieved 70.0 mpg and for the entire day out (160 miles) overall economy was 62 mpg, not fun but shows what is easily achievable.

Geoff.

That's impressive, but the 1.2 is capable of better. Took my Mk3 1.2 Panda to Cambridge yesterday - 74.9 mpg out; 66.1 mpg back (y).

Thanks for this, Geoff- gives me hope that I might be able to equal my
current Alfa Mito 1.3 JTDM-2 which I'm p/ex-ing for a Trekking Twinair :D

The Alfa's averaged 62mpg overall in 20000 miles, but I'll be happy
if I can keep my Panda in the mid- to high fifties :)

If it ever arrives

Hartwells have just had to give my Mito a free MOT
