looking to do some wokr and buy some speakers but which to go for? i've been recommend some components in the back any help?

Depends what you want the sound to be like.... 
If you are planning to add a sub then don't get 6x9's, if you don't want a sub then 6x9's will give a nice bass response.
Do you have (upgraded) components in the front ? If not i'd do them first, then just get some cheapo (£30-50) 13cm co-ax's for the back, how often do you sit in the back.. ? LOL
