Hi Guys,
For the last 2 years now, I've been locking my Ex-Addy Lee with the key instead of the fob, as the alarm always goes off (usually in the middle of the night) when I lock it with the fob(n)

Has anyone else ever encountered this - or is there a way of finding out what's causing it?

I have a similar problem in that it goes off very easily when a car goes past my parked car and also when I lock the car. Usually when I dead-lock it, about 3 seconds after doing it the alarm will go off. Somebody in a previous thread
https://www.fiatforum.com/ulysse/32947-alarm-auto-setting-override.html did mention a faulty alarm module and was going to come back with a part number but never did and I did not pursue it. At the moment I'm just living with it.

I have the same problem, It seems to be the internal volumetric sensors.

You can disable them using the button on the inside of the drivers side door, problem is you will have to do this everytime you lock the car.

I have been told that you can cover them up to reduce the sensitivity, problem is im not sure where in the car they are situated. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
