Technical 4x4 rear diff repair

Yo!

I have searched, but can't really find any real info on it.

Has anyone got any info, or even better a link to a service/repair manual for the rear diff in a 54plate 1.2 4x4 climbing. Something that has torque settings etc and float/load settings on bearings etc?

From what I've been able to work out, it seems to just be a standard diff with a viscous coupling on the input?

Check the 4x4 back subframe VERY carefully and get any welding work done. When badly rusted are almost impossible to repair. New or even remotely serviceable parts are like hen’s teeth.
