Anyone know how I can make my 4x108 wheels fit my 4x100 punto?

There are after market PCD adaptors which usually space the wheels a long way out from the normal mounting position so depending on the wheel they may not fit under the arches any more and will very likely rub on full lock.
Also you're trusting your life to something, usually made extremely cheaply from chinesium which as everyone knows is the weakest and most brittle metal known to man.
A good quality set of adaptors will probably cost more than a decent set of second hand punto wheels.
Much better to just get some wheels that fit to start with.
