Those are rivets in the first photo and not related to the removal of the window regulator it's self, I think more if you had to change the window guide , they would need to be drilled out.
It looks to me as though the motor is on the bottom left of the door with the cables coming from it.
But if you are changing the regulator /cables and motor then if no bolts then drilling may be the answer. What does the new regulator look like, can you get a better idea from looking at that?
On some Fiats the have a fitting in the bottom centre of the glass that locates the window slide mechanism and is held in place with a plastic clip like a loop. The photo below is the broken part of one of those red loops they are normally part of the new regulator, when changing the old one that clip is pushed down releasing the pin in the glass so regulator can be moved away from the glass. This was on a Fiat saloon so may be different. I use mirrors and a endoscope camera sometimes as the only way to see inside door panels.
I think ive worked it out now. I will have another go in the morning and do some photos. The rivets through me off because it looked like you could use a security bit and unsrew them.

I sorted the regulator now. There are 5 rivets that need to be drilled out. I used a 4mm pilot bit then an 8mm. The new regulator i purchased came without the motor so i had to relocate the old motor to the new regulator. The regulator i used stated they corrected a design floor from manufacturer.
