Hi guys I’ve had this recurring problem with mi doblo , in three years of ownership this has happened three times, the clutch slave cylinder on the top of the gearbox has either snapped or pushed past the clutch arm . I had it towed to the garage but they can’t get to it for a few days to fully inspect it . They think it may be the arm is seized or bend and may have to remove the gearbox. Anyone had similar issues.

Also if the box has to come out I’m thinking to fit a new clutch, it’s done 130000 miles.

The rod on my slave cylinder snapped, I fitted a new one but couldn't get a pedal, tried different ways of bleeding the clutch. I couldn't get into reverse. I managed to get a metal cylinder with a metal rod and now it is fine.
 
The mechanic has fitted a new metal slave cylinder to mine rather than the plastic one , it’s working ok but really crunching into reverse . The clutch is worn causing more travel on the clutch arm so it’s going in for a new clutch fitting soon .
