General 2014 2015 Ducato X290 Headlights

There's a set of Fiat Ducato headlights for sale on eBay. They're RHD UK version, to fit the new 2014 2015 Facelift X290 model.

Might be useful for someone importing a LHD Ducato?

May I ask where you got yours from, or if you know the part number(s)? I'm doing the same thing in importing a motorhome just to register it here, and then put the LHD ones back on!

P.S. If your motorhome has LED running lights, did you have to get the same for the RHD model headlamps?

Sorry I don't know which is the left and which is the right headlamp!

Price £397.80 including VAT

These were the version without the LED Daytime Running Lights, instead they have the side light (conventional bulb) lit permanently. That's what my motorhome had fitted originally.

I'm pretty sure the wiring connector will be the same for both types (LED and bulb). I can't see Fiat making a different wiring loom for each type.

Have you made arrangements to change your KM/H speedo to MPH and KM/H? I bought a replacement fascia and it was easy to fit.

Also check your rear fog light is on the correct side, I was lucky because my motorhome came with a fog lights on both sides.

By the way, you don't need a full MOT check to check everything. I paid my local garage £15 to check the lights, speedo and fog lights and type up a letter.

Does anybody know the part numbers for the X290 headlights that have LED Daytime running lights? (I note the non LED parts are 1374294080
1374298080 from an earlier post from Dave)

I am also looking for a replacement set for my new motorhome.

Does anybody know for sure if the LED and non LED units, that Dave referred to , are plug compatible?

The headlight & speedo replacement seem straightforward but does anyone know whether the current Ducato van comes with 2 rear fog lights or just one on the left? I've searched on the web but not found a definitive answer. It seems a bit of headache to replace and rewire if I need to add a fog light on the right hand side.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Assuming the 2016 is the same as 2015 then the rear fog lights are fine for UK, I can't remember but I think they're twin - passed inspection so must be ok.
