Hello and welcome to the forum :wave:.

If it's still in warranty, just take it to a Fiat dealer - that's what the warranty is for.

If it's out of warranty, they'll certainly charge you for diagnostics, but at least they should be able to interrogate the car and tell you what the problem is.
