Once again cant tell if those shots are a photshop version or not. However I do think that those are getting closer to what the new Panda will look like. And if it looks anything like that then well I aint getting another Panda.

Love the other picture of the classic Panda with 2 toy Pandas calling for breakdown assistance though.

of course they're still photoshops. But like you say we're getting very close to what the real thing will look like.

I quite like it.

Looks good from the couple of pics that are there but would need to see some more before making a final judgement, interior does look like a definate improvement.

Afternoon all,

Unless I am mistaken, this is confirmation regarding the new Panda's design.

http://www.fiatblog.nl/?p=11147

There is a video link about halfway down (same website as the one mentioned in Maxi's post a few days ago) which is in Italian but does contain some pictures.

As a 500 owner, I like the front design quite a bit. Appreciate some Panda purists might not like the more rounded touches but I think it looks good.

Enjoy!;)

Note: just had a look at Maxi's link and they appear to have updated it with a full front-on picture of the new Panda. Sorry if repeating anything though!

I'm sorry, but am I the only one who doesn't like it?!
Let's face it, the Panda never was a pretentious neither stylish wannabe! It has always been simple, practical and cheap fun!
Who wants something stylish buys a 500. Who loves simplicity had the Panda. And now what?! Thankfully mine will last for many years...

It's hardly overstyled......

The monthly Quattroruote will be running a 12-page section on the new Panda in its July edition - as a teaser they state that the next model will be ten centimetres longer and a centimetre higher than the current one, will have TwinAir, 1.2 FIRE and Multijet engines. A lot of the comments in Italy are concerned about quality coming out f the Pomigliano factory rather than Poland.

Very interesting to hear the comments coming from Italy.

Personally I think that quality won't be too much of an issue, simply because of the amount that is at stake for Fiat. They need a successful Panda and 500, and so if it turns out that build quality suffers as a result of moving Panda production "back home", there will be some serious issues...

On a separate note, I can't wait to see the full range of TwinAir engines in the Panda as well - will be very interesting to see the new prices.

Quality will be an issue though. Intentions mean nothing :)

The quality of Fiat's coming out of Italy has long been a worry for Fiat compared to their Polish couterparts.

I appreciate the fact you don't like the new design, but I don't think it looks pretentious by any means.

Also I see no reason why this new car won't provide "simple, practical and cheap fun" - it will still be cheap to buy I'm sure. Of course we don't know the exact prices but I am sure any 1.2 version will still be cheap and easy to maintain.

No, your not. But I'll with hold final judgement. Until I see some more pictures. I'm really underwhelmed by Fiats Centro Stile efforts. I do wish they would use outside design studios again.
