So the other football season is upon us, and the NFL pre-season has also begun. I know @ThisBitterPill is a fan, Giants IIRC. Anyone else?

A team to keep an eye on this season, only fluffed last season due to ambulance not turning up at a home match (match cancelled, Nems forfeit) and a bit of bad weather

Annoyed they didn't include my one fave clip from the whole season but hey, sh!t happens

I've never actually watched any UK American Football, didn't even know we still had any teams since the NFL Europe got knocked on the head!

Pre-season done and my Steelers are looking strong (although I'm only downloading their games so I don't know how others are getting on)!

There must be some more NFL fans on here... no? Just me?

I'm a casual watcher, when I can get up early enough on a Tuesday morning to watch the Monday night game. I cant say I have a team, but I do like the show, especially now that I know the rules a little better.

I have to say, I'm not really a fan. I just video the matches as my eldest is playing. I'd far rather be watching league or union.

American football matches seem to go on forever yet the action lasts but moments. I used to record just over 2 hours' footage then edit it down to less than an hour. Now I stop/start the camera for each play.
I sort of know what's going on but still don't enjoy the match.

I personally watch on sky and channel 4.

Gamepass is excellent especially when you get a free trial from Wembley.

Nemesis' first game of the season is next sunday (11th), playing at home (Northampton Uni's Park Campus)

We get one or two live games a week on the TV here, and then a condensed game during the week of the 'fans choice'

That said, I haven't watched much this year, I just can't get into it.

Everyone should watch the video on what motivated the NY Giants to win the Super Bowl last year. (I can't post the video, but it is on YouTube and ESPN.

I know the girl and that is my track coach. Truly inspirational but the irony is that the school is in San Francisco and the NY Giants knocked off the 49ers. haha
