I have a 2008 Mk 3 1.3 diesel 119,000 miles with intermittent miss fire , have cleaned the inlet manifold and egr injectors sound like they are ok , have ohms checked the injectors , recent new fuel filter ,oil filter and oil change , seem to be ok with light throttle , gets worse when trying to accelerate , wise help required , rest of the car is all ok

If you are sure it is not missing at idle , then unless air getting in or water in the fuel, it may be worth checking using good diagnostics such as MES that many on Forum use.
I had a old Peugeot 504 pick up many years ago, when going over the moors it felt like the wind was buffeting it/holding it back. When I got home I found water in the fuel, luckily the fuel tank had a drain and after getting rid of that and a new fuel filter, problem was solved.:)

Are you sure it's a misfire and not just running poorly

Blocked tube under the turbo is also a common fault

the miss fire or juddering is intermittent some times at tick over sometimes under load no pattern to it, have noticed that the inlet manifold preasure sensor reads 100KPA without the engine running?

Correct

That's what atmosphic pressure is at roughly sea level

So 102 kpa here now

so probably ok, ive had well tried to have a look at the throttle pedal position sensor fat chance of getting that off so inaccessible. maybe just fault in an injector
