Hi all I had my cam belt and waterpump changed in 2019 and haven't done 20k since being changed I have noticed that my coolant seems to be dropping and have noticed a small leak above the undertray on the right hand side pretty much in line with the water pump surely the pump carnt be buggered already also if it can be resealed will the timing need redoing to either change the pump or to reseal if possible as I'm sure it's just out of warranty thanks for any advice or if anyone's had any experience of a leak that side and what the cause was that would be great thanks

Hi mate I use comma xstream gx30 ready mixed got it from Halfords after saying it was suitable got the car booked 8n for Monday just going to change that and the timing belt again as I had to take it back whilst it was under warranty as the belt was to tight and was whining just a bitter pill to swallow after not even doing 20k I'm still convinced it wasn't timed correctly as it loses power in 6th gear or any sort of incline

That sounds right I have a Tipo with the 1.4 16v and it loses speed uphill it's always going to the engine dosnt have a lot in the way of torque especially below 3k rmp

It's fine until I have to change into 6th then it will drops about 1000rpm from 4000 to 3000 it's both annoying and embarrassing but I guess it's just a heavy car with a little engine
