General 2006 Ducato corroded chassis.

Hi all
Been looking at a 2006 motorhome but I'm concerned about what looks to be corrosion on top of the RHS chassis rail. Is this a common fault?
The underside is generally crusty too but I expect a lot of motorhomes are as they stand around a lot.

That looks to be little more then surface rusted a good clean up and coat of paint should protect it
The wheels arch's are probably the main area's to watch for rust

The outer arches look fine, what I should have done was have a prod with a screwdriver but I wasn't expecting to find any corrosion.
I'm expecting to have to replace the rad support as I understand these are quite a common tin worm habitat. Will have to see how the bidding goes

that looks very similar to a ducato based MH i looked at by haverfordwest ....i walked away as the chassis legs were well rusted and it would need major welding before long.
