Tuning 2005 1.4 sporting

Hi guys first time on a forum like this but I have a 2006 sporting NA engine I was looking to tune this car up for a bit more push. I am happy to do stuff like the intercooler, exhaust etc etc(stage one I believe this is known as) i am a first time modder. This is my wifes car but I love driving this lil nippy thing around rather than my bug chunky diesel I was wondering if anyone could send me links to units that are known to work with the car starting with a air intake as the Fiat has that weird one that is attached to the engine cover. All other suggestions for modding are much welcomed this is meant to be a secret surprise mod so cheap would be appreciated but not to fussed

It's a none turbo charged car you will get ect to no return fitting a intercooler that only needed for turbocharged cars
