2004 54 Plate Nissan Primera Navigation

Girlfriend's Dad has just bought the above second hand and it came without the disc for the inbuilt satellite navigation.

I am having trouble tracking a Nav disc. Does anyone know what system the 2004 Primera's use as it seems to be right on the changeover from the Zenrin system to the Carminat system
