Technical 2004 2.8 cuts out

Ok need all the input you have this is the issue. 2004 2.8JTD Motorhome cuts out when you rev it and it’s slowing down to tick over will also cut out when pulling away it cuts out just like you have turned the key off. No real fault codes. Has been read with different diagnostic machines. Was showing a slight reduction in fuel rail pressure but not great amount. Been like it for the last 12000 miles apart from this good strong engine. Have changed so far fuel filter, throttle pedal, low pressure pump, high pressure pump, all 4 injectors, fuel rail sensor. Have wired low pressure pump to permanent live so know it keeps running. What else could cause it checked all earths. Getting frustrating now any ideas I will try.

Hi, I had a fault once with a 2.8 basically the wires to the injectors get hard and brittle and randomly mine would miss or cut out, simple fix on eBay was a kit that you splice into existing injector loom and that also comes with new plugs for injectors. Cheap and perfect after repair.
