General 2001 Ducato x230 steering wheel

Hi
New to the forum and in need of some advice please
I have a 2001 Hymer swing and the steering wheel is huge, Its the 2 spoke one.
Are there any other non airbag wheels that will fit (dont think its got an airbag) or can you swap for a non standard one with a boss?
Does anyone know the size of the wheel as i might try and get a leather cover for it instead.
