Right hand may be do-able.
The sticking point will be Getting the shaft out of cv joint it is retained by a spring clip.
I suggest that you attempt to remove the shaft from cv joint before releasing the lower ball joint. Clamp something very tightly to the drive shaft and using a drift and hammer attempt to drive it away from outer joint.
If it works and you do the job this way you should use a new spring clip.
It may be easier to release lower ball joint and pull the inner tripod joint from the intermediate shaft(be really care not to loose any parts or forget order of assembly) then remove tripod and boot from drive shaft and replace outer cv boot from inner end.
It is a heavy dirty job at best of times.
DO NOT WORK ON VEHICLE SUPPORTED BY ANY TYPE OF JACK
make 100% certain vehicle is lifted and then supported by suitable stands located correctly. Sorry if you know that but people who don't know may read this at some point.
