I have a 2.8JTD from 03 with 110,000m on the clock. This year I've had the o/s (short) driveshaft replaced, then some work done on the gearbox (actuator casting split, couldn't get reverse), and naturally they fitted a new clutch "while they were there". Shortly after that, I had the n/s driveshaft (long) replaced.
Now, I have a slight, subtle wobble in the steering when accelerating. It comes & goes a bit, but it's a mild version of what you get when a driveshaft's on the way out, which clearly neither of mine are. I'm trying to think of what else could cause that... any ideas, anyone?
Thanks in advance!
