2.0 20v power issues

Hi - Have just bought a 2.0l 20v bravo, after enjoying a 1.6sxi a while back.

Having tried it for a few days, I do not find it resposnive on pull away, in fact quite sluggish, although top end this thing seems to fly - even really want to go at 80 and over there still feels stacks of acceleration.

I would say the pull away is not as fast as the 1.6SXI.

Does this sound right. The car has very low mileage at 28k

Totally normal fella. It's all top end with the HGT.
