i am gonna dig this back up again cause i was away at the time.
but i do possibly think that will be one of the nicest, if not.... THE nicest cinq around when it is finished.
aaron: could ya do a pic with the bonnet down? i wanna get an idea of wat that sort of bonnet looks like with the abarth front bumper!
kinda makes me think i should of spent my money on doin that to it instead of sellin it an buyin the red one lmao

i would of perfered to keep the punto wheels, and stick the black bonnet on the imola an get the blue one sprayed red...... but hey, cant win them all!
ill be well happy with the abarth in a few months when i get some things finished / sorted out!

Flaming Sassenachs! But against my better judgment I may participate in a day at Coombe, but only because you guys couldn't fail to make me look like a hero on the track!
wow, it doesnt even look like the same car.
so a RR / track day early next year.... will give me time to get more power, dont want to be embarressed too badly!

the side skirts are needed to compliment the front bumper, and the engine bay looks pure sex. however, i would of left the bonnet de-badged, think it looks awesome with the abarth bumper!!!
comin together nicely tho, should be ready for the shows / meets next year!!!

im with the smooth bonnet, paint the plastic under bonnet, smooth rear bumper, get some shortened shocks and you`ll have one of the nicest cinq in the country no doubt about that

Jay yeah after seeing Sam's car last week his looks great with smooth bumpers, so that is in my mind for the rear.
I don't like the debadged look TBH, the car needs identity so the Abarth badge gives it that, plus it looks like a cheeky little red nose, lol! I'll also be adding the Cinquecento and Turbo i.e. badges on the back which will be blue on yellow, hard to explain but the standard Cinq badge is Silver on blue if you look at it.
The front bumper mesh will be replaced with the S/S stuff ihave which is the same as used on the new Jag grill, so its a nice weaved mesh which lets in more air than the stuff thats on it. I also have another ornamental gasket thing to put on the other side to feed air to my oil cooler, both will be re-done in black unless I can find Imola paint in a can to do them.
Its got Eibach springs on it, so maybe considering Bilsteins to complement havn't thought much about it yet.
THen long term get the Recaro's retrimmed in black leather along with the rear bench and if i get them a set of rear fish net head rests to match the front, been a few on eBay latelt just not black, been grey and brown, but they will come up!
Oh yeah and brake callipers yellow as you can just see them through the wheels!
