Technical 1999 Fiat Palio Stalling Issue – Throttle Position Sensor and Other Possible Causes

I bought a 1999 Fiat Palio 16V for my first car. Do I regret it? No, because I bought it for a good price and it works fine without any major problems. But there is one major problem: stalling. I don't use petrol or LPG, when changing gear the car drops the RPM to 100 and sometimes recovers, but other times it stalls. During city driving I have to restart the car at least 6-7 times.

The car is not connected to the throttle position sensor. When I connect it, the car runs for 5 minutes and then stalls again. But it works fine, release the gas pedal and stalls. The sensor is probably faulty or dirty, but I wonder if the sensor repair system will solve the problem. Any suggestions from knowledgeable people would be welcome.

Note: The spark plugs, spark plug wires and battery have been replaced.
