1998 cvt 1.2 punto rear wiper nsf shocker

Is it common for the strut top to wear and allow the wheel to wobble about?? never had this on other cars with same set up..

And rear wiper ,can hear click click inside tailgate like relay is this a stock fault? no action on motor

Lastly any clues to get radio code f.o.c.?
