i'd say lowered springs with matching shortened shocks first, adds huge smile per mile value and sets you up for safer use of more power.. Then some engine goodies, then if you go any further you wanna be thinking about brakes too.

some people say they might, but the rule of thumb is you really only need new shocks if you go lower than 50mm....
