1996 ducato 10 no dash lights help

hi all new on here so some help needed please, i have managed to get myself a naff ducato off my brother-inlaw but found out it has no dash illumination lights working, changed all bulbs still same there seems to be no feed ? so any helpfull advice or wiring diagram appreciated (also for same bus does the drive shafts have washers on before the nut or not as mine has none and theres a little play at bearing which doesnt want to take up slack with just the nut tightening ? )
