I have a 2008 bravo t-jet 120 sporting, im looking to get a new set of bigger alloys for her but am giving myself a headache over the stupid bolt pattern fiat use. i currently have the 17" sporting alloys that come on the T-Jet, but want some 18". cant find anything but 14"-17" that will fit the pattern except for the Bravo GT alloys ( i really like them ) But the dealers are quoting me a fortune and i cant find a used set anywhere.

If anyone knows of some nice looking 18" that will fit without using spacers or adapters, or even of any GT alloys at a decent price throw me a picture or link.
oh and im in Ireland so preferably if the wheels are here or in UK. THANKS!

In all the excitement of positive notes there’s a tendency to play-down or even ignore any `bad news’ - talk us thro the negative notes on this project & your solution.

I don't think the fiat bolt pattern is stupid it's been used on most Italian cars for donkey's years it's the after market suppliers fault that they don't feel it worth supplying in this pattern in the UK

It's not even that with the Bravo. It's a big car, using a bolt pattern that is primarily used on small cars (not much except Peugeot uses 4 bolts for such big wheels these days) and everything else similarly sized is 5x108, 112 or 114.3.

If the car and therefore wheels were smaller, it would be much easier, as more is made in four hole patterns. Getting into 18" range, you start to lose choice as there's nothing else really that can take 18" wheels that still uses 4 bolts; hence there's no point in making and testing wheels for a minuscule market.

TBH loads of similar sized cars of yesteryear used 4 bolts.

Nothing wrong with Fiats setup IMO. If it aint broke don't fix it :p

Hi from SE Ireland, a word of caution - the original sales brochure for the 2008 Bravo warned that the 18" wheels were factory fit only and should not be retrofitted. Its possible that the steering/suspension setting are different? maybe reduced steering lock? I'd be careful. Al.

its a different rack with less travel (y)

I don't think that 17" or smaller look bad, especially the old school kind of alloys that you see on old golfs and euro motors a lot, it would be cheaper and less hassle to lower the car so that the alloys fill the arches more, that's what i'm going to do anyway, after all rally/touring cars etc don't have big ass wheels on them

I have 16" for the winter tires and they look small. It's not just the arches, when you look at the wheels you also measure them against the size of the car itself. And this car looks best in 18", 17" being also close to perfect. I think the ones from the link would look smaller than they are because of the board in different color.
