Hi everyone

I'm after a set of 100hp alloy wheels for my 07 diesel panda multijet. the wheels that are in it are rubbish in wet conditions even when driving normally. If any one has a set for sale let me know
.
I'm based in the UK.

Cheera

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Better tyres are what you want, not wider wheels. Something like Uniroyal Rainsport 3's for example, they're brilliant in the wet (and damn good in the dry, too).

You'll spend more than it's worth getting 4 100HP alloys which are in good condition. There were only ever between 1900 and 2000 100HPs in the UK, so finding a full set of wheels from written off models (or from people who've changed their wheels) will be a challenge in itself, irrespective of the inevitable cost.

I guess you could buy 4 new 100HP wheels direct from Fiat, but I'm sure I remember reading on here once that they're over £300 per wheel !

Cheers guys.

I do agree wider wheel aren't the best for rain.

But there not that wide on the 100hp. It's got decent tyres on. It's just there like bicycle tyres on it really thin lol. Even in the dry it understeers lol. I may try after market one.

there is something wrong with the vehicle, or, your driving..... ;) - I suspect the latter... :)

Haha. I do like to get my for down on back Road but I can't drive that fast in a diesel panda lol. As far as know the car is fine. I know it's not a sporty car but I've had others with similar to the panda and Handled
I bit better. Lol.

A lot of it is the bloody power steering, it should have a NOT city button on to make it less - it is far too easy to over compensate - leading to understeer..

Get a welder to chop the lower arm and extend the length to balljoint by 10 - 15 mm - that should give you a bit of negative camber..:D
Any good welder can do it - there are bottom arms on ebay new for 50 quid a pair - so you could buy them and chop 'em... we used to do that to many cars

Should help the 'spirited driving' understeer without the tyres suffering too much... :)
