DOes anyone know what othe model fiat a gearbox from a1.9TD 100 fiat bravo will fit onto apart from a marea? This is NOT the JTD any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Hi Redline, the gearbox sits on the passenger side of the vehicle and the starter sits on the right hand side of the gearbox between the engine and the firewall.

the 1.9 JTD gearbox fits (since its the same 1910cc block as the TD) but nothing else i know of will fit.
the 1.9JTD is used in loads of vehicles from fiat, alfa, vauxhall, saab and more, you could very probably use the box from any of them, even the 6 speed used on the alfa 156 jtd 16v mjet.
