1.9JTD MOT Fail - Excessive Smoke

Air filter - black box left under the bonnet, its held by 4 philips screws
Oil filter - get under the car, look under the bumper between the inner side of the bumper and engine block -you will see it.
Remove the under engine shield off too.

Hi,

thank you for all your help.

after changing the oil, oil filter and air filter and topping up the diesel to a full tank and adding an additive and finally giving the car a good run it went straight through its MOT.
