Hi
I’ve got a 52 plate 1.9 jtd doblo.
It’s got a hole in the cast iron turbo exhaust down pipe.
This engine was put in many makes and models.
Where can I find a replacement part?
I have tried and have run out of ideas.
Thanks
Matt

Hi Matt welcome back :)
Look up the part number.. ePER ;)

then ebay and google..

I did this with my marea jtd exhaust downpipe:flexi.. was £15

But.. as its cast iron.. get it welded ;)

Or post more info in the multipla section.. plenty of parts traffic in there

hi thanks for reply

will try eper to get the part number.

I have googled and ebayed the hell out of this, lets hope the part no will pay dividend.

I didn't think you could weld cast iron, but its something to thick about.

is there a way to open this up to every one, or do i have to go into each model that could have that turbo to ask for more info.

i have attached a pic hope it helps.

thanks

Multipla is the only section where people have old jtd stuff in their sheds ;)

Cast is ok to weld ( you just have to heat it 1st)

I will attempt a link to some info..

What power output is yours ?
200's Era :110 or 115 bhp

Well.. according to this list

Multipla doesnt feature..
But the bravo-a marea do..

Some models just arent covered on this shops site though (Baltic market..)

Here is a link.. I will let you do some digging :)

https://www.fiatdalys.lt/en/catalog/part/46748868

Update..

This site

https://www.carondo.com/en/car-parts/exhaust-system/manifold/manifold-exhaust-system:::564011.html

Says its £75 plus shipping from germany

However.. the vehicle list is identical to the other FIAT derived list.. so Multipla is probably different

ASM auto recycling had my old marea.. might be worth a call.. Oxford area

But any more than £40 I would weld up your old one.. ;)

Do let us know what you find.. shipping from europe for a new part might still be worthwhile

Ebay.pl

Or Ebay.de

Let us know what you find :)

Thanks for all your hard work

I have already tried to order the part from a vendor in the Netherlands
However this didn’t turn up thanks to Hermes.
All the uk supply’s are out of stock and twice the price.
I will think about getting the part from Germany as a last resort.

I think the parts to thin to weld.

You can’t see the turbo due to a heat shielding.
So I think I need to have a look at the condition of that to, the more I think about it if the body if the turbo is cast too the parts might be fused together but I do need a look.

I will let you know the results way they happen.
Thanks again
Matthew

I have this same issue, fiat part number seems to be 46748868 very illusive item.
Without taking the manifold and turbo out of the car I don't think removing this item will be easy as the nuts holding it on are rusted. Very thin cast iron and I'm pondering buying a welder of some sort to patch it.

Please keep us updated as sourcing new is very expensive and second hand will be problematic.
