Technical 1.6 gearbox plugs

Hi guys, need some info on where the drain and filler plugs are on my 1.6 stilo, I want to change the oil for peace of mind, have searched on the site a couple of times alas nothing too clear though , had a crawl underneath and can see a plug near the air filter unit, is this the filler plug ? any help appreciated.
