1.4 mpg

sorry if this question has been asked a million times befor, but what is the average mpg from a 1996 1400cc sx bravo?
as i am looking to get a mk3 golf vr6 and 33mpg average sounds abit daughting! lol

i probably get less than 33 in my 1.4sx. although it varies alot, i can get about 270 from a tank one time and then the next fill up as low a 215 to the tank! not sure what that works out at as mpg though. about 35 quid to a tank, 88p per litre, im sure i could work it out if i could be arsed lol.

My average was 18mpg in my 1.4S.

Poor poor engine.

I think you'd be much better off with a VW
