I'm back after several years absence while my daily driver was an Alfa 146ti, (there having been a Punto 60S, and Alfa 33S P4 and a Tipo TD SX prior to that) and I couldn't find my old login (94Tipo_TDSX or something like that!) so I'm back with a new name..
Just bought an 89 Tipo 1.4 (most basic car I've had in a very very long time!) on an F, with 41k on the clock. At some point in the future (when the Mrs has learnt to drive!) it will probably get a 2.0 twin cam and twin DCOEs, but in the meantime, has anyone got a recommended carb upgrade for the 1.4? Is there a suitable twin choke that would pep it up a bit?
